Job Description:

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Customer on Data Center architecture, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across QFX, EVPN-VXLAN, BGP, routing, switching,



and Data Center fabrics.
• Analyze configurations, logs, traffic flows, and network behavior to identify root cause and provide corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance on spine-leaf architectures, EVPN-VXLAN, underlay/overlay networks, DCI, and network resiliency.
• Work with Juniper SE, Engineering, Product Management, and JTAC to resolve complex technical issues and drive customer requirements.
• Validate designs, MOPs, software releases, and current features in lab environments before production deployment.
• Support Data Center migrations, upgrades, fabric expansion, and implementation activities.
• Conduct technical workshops and provide best-practice recommendations for network optimization and operational improvements.
• Maintain network design and operational documentation and provide proactive guidance on software, security, and lifecycle considerations.
