Role Description The Senior Project Architect is a full time, in office role based in Kochi, responsible for leading the design and technical development of complex architectural projects. This position oversees project documentation, coordinates with internal teams and external consultants,
and ensures that design intent is accurately translated into construction documents and submittals. Day-to-day tasks include guiding BIM model production, reviewing drawings and specifications, managing design revisions, and supporting compliance with applicable codes and sustainability standards. The Senior Project Architect will mentor team members, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with project managers to align schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and consistent attention to quality throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
• Strong architectural design and technical skills, with proven experience in Architecture and project documentation across multiple phases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Submittals, including review, coordination, and communication with contractors and consultants.
