Key job responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of facilities specialists, providing coaching, career development support, and performance feedback to build a high-performing, inclusive team capable of delivering independently.
Define and manage facility operations metrics, service level agreements, and audit mechanisms to measure team progress,



ensure operational excellence, and report performance to leadership and key stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, negotiate priorities, and align resources to meet both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic goals for your facilities portfolio.
Establish and refine workflows, maintenance programs, and process improvement initiatives that reduce complexity, eliminate recurring issues, and improve the day-to-day experience for building occupants.
Evaluate scope and priority across projects, making data-driven trade-off decisions while ensuring downstream impacts are properly assessed and communicated to senior leadership.
