ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Tide continues to grow across multiple markets, solid financial management is essential to helping us scale responsibly, profitably and sustainably. As our Head of FP&A;, you will serve as a core strategic Finance Business Partner to multiple leadership teams.

In this high-impact, multi-faceted leadership role, you will shape workforce strategies, lead complex investment cases, and oversee key operational expense drivers—from fraud loss P&L; and vendor contract structures to AI token costs and cross-functional capacity modeling.
