Technical Facilities Manager | Chennai
At JLL, we are shaping the future of real estate for a better world. We are seeking an experienced Technical Facilities Manager to lead engineering and technical operations for a large corporate workplace setting in Chennai.
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all building systems and critical infrastructure.
You will oversee the maintenance and operation of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire and life safety systems,
building automation systems, utility management, and technical compliance programs. Working closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence, sustainability initiatives, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the facility.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will provide technical expertise, manage engineering service partners, and ensure all statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with solid problem-solving capabilities and a passion for delivering resilient, efficient, and high-performing workplace environments.
