Role Description The Vice President role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will oversee key business units, drive strategic planning, and ensure alignment of operations with the organization’s long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. This role also involves mentoring managers, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and representing the company in high-level internal and external meetings.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles, overseeing multiple teams or business units and driving strategic initiatives.
• Solid background in operations management, including budgeting, resource planning, and performance optimization.




• Proven ability in business development, stakeholder management, and building long-term client or partner relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Track record of leading organizational change, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
• Ability to mentor and develop managers and team members, fostering a cooperative and inclusive culture.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics and reporting tools to guide strategy.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working in or with organizations based in Bengaluru or similar fast-paced business environments is an advantage.
