Position Summary

Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development
The Assistant Manager will support the planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of technology learning programs through robust program operations and analytics capabilities. Working within a blended US/USI team and reporting to the Deputy Manager, or Manager. Develop dashboards, analyze learner and program data, identify trends and drivers, and translate insights into practical recommendations.

• Coordinate program plans, timelines, input collection, data requirements, communications, delivery-readiness activities, and post-program follow-through.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data on learner participation, engagement, completion, satisfaction, capability development, and program outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, status updates, analysis packs, and projection models; identify trends, performance drivers, anomalies,



and root causes; and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Use feedback from learners, practitioners, subject-matter experts, facilitators, and stakeholders to improve curriculum, content, facilitation, and the participant experience.
• Streamline recurring reporting and data flows, reduce manual effort, and improve the reliability, accuracy, and usability of operational deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies; track data, reporting, delivery, and learner-experience risks through closure; and share reporting standards and dashboard-development practices with junior team members.
