Role Description The Light Commercial Vehicles Team Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team responsible for light commercial vehicle products in the Vadodara region. This in office role includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The manager will engage with fleet customers, dealerships, and business partners,



build and maintain robust client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include planning and reviewing sales activities, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, identifying training needs, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in light commercial vehicles or automotive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
