Role Description The Sales Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full time, in office position based in Palghat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets for assigned products and regions, managing and expanding a portfolio of customers, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily activities include prospecting and onboarding new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery,



and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also mentor and guide team members, uphold compliance with company policies, and represent Bajaj Finserv professionally in the local market.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Proficiency in customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to analyze market data, track performance metrics, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Knowledge of financial products and services such as lending, insurance, or wealth advisory is highly beneficial.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate confidently.
Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience in managing or mentoring sales teams is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales experience in financial services preferred.
