The Role
As a Program Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end fulfilment of UAE visa applications, ensuring applications are processed smoothly, accurately, and within expected timelines. You’ll work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to solve operational challenges, improve workflows, and drive better outcomes across the UAE visa journey.
This is a 6-day, in-office role requiring robust ownership, hands-on execution, and the ability to work across functions to solve problems and improve processes.

The Job
• Operational Excellence: Own key operational workflows, SOPs, and processes across the UAE business,



ensuring high standards of speed, accuracy, and reliability.

• Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, run experiments, and implement process improvements that drive measurable impact.

• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Fulfilment, and external partners to solve operational challenges and drive projects from problem identification to implementation.

• Data & Problem Solving: Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions.

• Scaling & Current Initiatives: Support the launch and scaling of current geographies, products, visa categories, and operational programs while onboarding and enabling internal teams and external partners.
