Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Jammu. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with distributors and retail partners, and ensuring effective product placement and visibility in the market. The role involves conducting regular market visits, identifying current business opportunities,



and gathering competitive insights to support sales strategies. The Sales Specialist will also deliver product and sales training to channel partners and retail staff, support promotional activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction. Accurate reporting, forecasting, and adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices are essential.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage territories, and meet or exceed targets.
