Overview

Sales Analytics Manager responsible for forecasting, sales performance reporting, commercial insights and CRM analytics across global student recruitment markets. The role combines sales analytics, pipeline forecasting, KPI management, data governance and reporting automation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop executive dashboards and management reports covering leads, applications, offers, payments, visas and enrolments.
Analyse sales performance across markets, campuses, channels and teams.
Build forecasting models using pipeline, conversion and trend data.
Develop base, upside and downside scenarios and identify performance risks and opportunities.
Analyse recruitment funnels, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, revenue and productivity.
Monitor competitor activity, market demand, recruitment trends, visa regulations and economic factors.
Develop KPI scorecards,



benchmarking frameworks and performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, reporting consistency and KPI governance.
Automate recurring reporting and develop scalable analytics solutions.
Manage commission reporting and validation.
Partner with Sales, Admissions, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology and Pre-Sales teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
8–12+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics or Sales Planning.
Advanced Excel skills.
Robust Power BI and/or Tableau experience.
Experience with CRM platforms and CRM analytics.
Solid forecasting, data visualisation and commercial analysis capabilities.
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
