Position Overview
Location: Kia India Pvt., Ltd., Penukonda Mandal, Sri Sathyasai District Formally (Anantapur District), Andhra Pradesh
Qualification: PG / Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in Expatriate Management, Immigration, HR, Administration, or related fields.
Designation: Deputy Manager Team Member
Reporting To: Head of Section
Function: Business Support – Work Infra




Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Working knowledge of FRRO/FRO compliance, e-FRRO portal, visa, and foreign national registration procedures is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage FRRO/FRO registration, visa extensions, renewals, exits, and immigration formalities for expatriates and families.
• Handle e-FRRO submissions, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with immigration authorities and external agencies.
• Track visa, passport, FRRO, lease, and other expiry timelines and ensure timely renewals.
• Provide end-to-end expatriate support from arrival to exit, including local formalities and emergency/consular assistance.
• Coordinate accommodation, lease agreements, rental payments, security deposits, renewals, and property handovers.
• Coordinate with housing and driver agencies for accommodation and transportation requirements.
