Job Description
Role Overview: Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, Power BI dashboards, and comprehensive MIS for facility and administrative functions at The Client at Powai in line with Master Service Agreement requirements. Provide robust data analysis, financial reporting, and compliance support to facility and engineering management teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards visualizing operational, financial,



and compliance metrics for management decision-making
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, cost optimization prospects, and operational improvements through statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Maintain and monitor FM systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity, user access controls, and regular backups
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with actionable insights for management and client stakeholders
• Collect, validate, and analyze business, financial, and vendor performance data ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Verify and authenticate vendor invoices based on regulatory standards, contract terms, and service delivery validation
• Coordinate with The Client at Powai Accounts Payable Team for timely invoice processing and payment within cut-off dates
• Receive and distribute compliance certificates and statutory documents to respective vendors as require
