Sales experience in glass, building materials, auto components, or adjacent B2B industrial sales. Pure retail or FMCG sales background is a mismatch for this role • Working knowledge of glass as a product category: types, thicknesses, use cases, basic terminology (float glass, lamination, toughening). We are not training you from zero on what glass is • Comfortable with both door to door cold outreach and phone based prospecting, not just one or the other • Own two wheeler or vehicle for field travel • Hindi plus working English. Able to hold a technical conversation with a contractor and a corporate procurement manager equally well • Self starter. This role has no existing pipeline to inherit
