We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our Payroll team. In this role,



you'll support the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle and help the organization stay current on its statutory and regulatory obligations across the jurisdictions it operates in.

What You'll Do

Payroll Processing Support

• Process monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements and current joiner and exit data.
• Validate payroll data for accuracy and completeness and flag discrepancies before each payroll run.
• Generation and distribution of pay slips, tax statements (e.g., Form 16) and other payroll-related employee documents.
• Reconcile payroll registers against the general ledger and investigate variances.
• Maintain payroll trackers and keep employee master data current in the HRIS/payroll system.
• Ensure timely and accurate FFS for exit employees.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

• Timely computation and remittance of statutory dues, including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Tax Deducted at Source
