Strong proficiency in CATIA V5/V6; experience with CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) is an added advantage.
Experience in at least one complete Recent Product Development (NPD) project.
Hands-on expertise in design and development of automotive interior components (Hard trims, Door trims, Instrument panels, and Centre console).
Solid understanding of product design principles and manufacturing processes.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills and global Customer interaction.
Understanding of manufacturing feasibility from supplier.
Proficient in GD&T; with hands-on experience in creating 2D drawings and 3D models.
Ability to independently handle components and interior commodity design responsibilities.
Capable of analysing requirements and developing designs in line with established design rules and standards.
Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to agile work requirements across different streams.
Willingness to work in challenging and fast-paced environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of product design, enhancing performance and efficiency.
