Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Risk, Compliance, and Governance team. In this role,



you will be responsible for supporting the data centre’s compliance, risk, audit, and governance activities by monitoring regulatory requirements, information-security standards, and internal policies. You will collaborate closely with facilities, Information Technology (IT), security, network, and engineering teams to maintain a rigorous compliance posture and ensure operational resilience across our data centre operations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
• Monitor and manage compliance with standards such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001, Service Organization Control (SOC) 1 and 2, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by conducting periodic control testing and maintaining the compliance obligations register.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and customer auditors to coordinate internal
