Location: Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Mode: Full time, On-site

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Experience: 6 months+

Stipend: 10,000/month + performance incentives up to 15,000

We are looking for a young, energetic digital marketing professional who wants to learn, experiment and contribute to the growth of real businesses.

The primary objective of this role is easy:

Bring more people to our businesses and generate quality leads.

What you will work on
SEO and improving organic visibility
Website review and optimisation
Social media and content creation
Blogs, reels, videos and digital campaigns
Using ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for content, research and marketing
Exploring Google and other digital platforms to attract potential customers
Finding new ways to generate enquiries and leads




Tracking results and improving campaigns

You will work on brands such as JustHR and Mann Therapy, giving you hands-on exposure to different types of businesses and digital audiences.

Who should apply
Candidates with 6 months or more of digital marketing experience
Freshers with strong practical knowledge of digital marketing may also be considered
Basic understanding of SEO, social media and online marketing
Comfortable using AI tools and learning current technology
Creative, proactive and willing to experiment
Most importantly, someone who has initiative, energy and a hunger to produce results
