Role Overview
The Finance Executive will support the organization’s financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and robust financial controls. The role contributes to management reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit coordination, and strategic financial initiatives, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions. This position requires a detail-oriented qualified with solid analytical capabilities and the ability to present financial information effectively to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support management decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for management discussions




• Assist in financial analysis related to strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
• Support cost control measures and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with and support finance team members to ensure timely deliverables

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA will be an advantage
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting functions

Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Basic understanding of mergers and acquisitions support activities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
