Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Manager role focuses on identifying and securing current business prospects for Digital Leap’s digital solutions. The person in this role will research target markets, generate leads, and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing. They will collaborate closely with technical and project teams to understand service capabilities, prepare tailored proposals,



and deliver client presentations and demos. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to refine offerings and sales strategies. The role also involves representing Digital Leap in virtual events and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and expand the network.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management in digital services or technology sectors.
• Solid skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, using CRM and sales tools.
• Ability to understand and communicate value propositions related to web development technologies such as WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, Python, or Magento.
