Role Description The Business Head will lead and manage the branch operations in Chennai, driving business growth and profitability in line with company objectives. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing sales teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase loan distribution volumes and market share.



The Business Head will build and maintain relationships with key banking partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing sales pipelines, analyzing performance reports, mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and coordinating with senior leadership on business plans and process improvements. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
