Roles & Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Design promotional creatives for courses, workshops, webinars, events, and campaigns.
• Develop Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, advertisements, and other digital creatives.
• Maintain consistent Skills First branding across all marketing materials.




• Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into creative designs.
• Create creatives for paid advertising campaigns and lead-generation campaigns.
• Design banners, posters, certificates, brochures, presentations, and other business materials when required.
• Take ownership of the complete design process from concept to final delivery.
• Handle multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, brand assets, and source files.
• Stay updated with current social media design trends, typography, layouts, and visual styles.
• Suggest new creative ideas to improve Skills First’s brand presence and marketing performance.
• Coordinate with the team and make revisions based on feedback.
• Ensure all final creatives are skilled, visually appealing, and error-free.
