Key Responsibilities: -

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career

pathways.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

• Assist students with the admission and enrolment process.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/ERP systems.

• Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion and enrolment.

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

• Provide ongoing academic guidance and address student concerns.

• Meet assigned counselling and enrolment targets.

• Participate in seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.





Required Skills & Qualifications: -

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred), MBA,

Psychology, BBA

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

• Basic knowledge of academic programs, career options, and admissions

processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Target-driven with a student-centric approach.
