Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Reporting Analyst responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reporting solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Workday reporting tools and HR modules, with a focus on delivering actionable workforce insights, ensuring data integrity, and supporting global HR operations.
The candidate will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop advanced reporting capabilities, establish reporting governance standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports including:
• Advanced Reports
• Matrix Reports
• Advanced Matrix Reports
• Composite Reports
• Utilize Workday Report Writer to create custom reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop complex calculated fields and custom reports to address sophisticated HR and business needs.
• Create dashboards and analytics solutions that provide actionable workforce insights aligned with global HR standards.
Workday Functional Expertise
Provide reporting support across the following Workday modules:
• Workday Core HR
• PS Workforce Administration
• Workday Recruitment
• Workday Security
• Workday Talent & Performance
• Workday Perks
• Workday Compensation
Reporting Governance & Process Improvement
• Establish reporting and analytics best practices.
• Develop and maintain:
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Reporting process documentation
• Workflow documentation
• Governance frameworks
• Define, monitor, and improve KPIs related to:
• Reporting quality
• Data accuracy
• Service delivery
• Reporting efficiency
• Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
