Role SummaryYou will lead electrical BIM coordination across projects. This means managing the electrical models, running coordination with other MEP and structural disciplines, and guiding a team of modelers to deliver clash-free, code-compliant models and drawings.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and coordinate the electrical BIM modeling team and review their work for quality.
• Run multi-discipline coordination, including clash detection and resolution in Navisworks.
• Develop and follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure compliance with ISO 19650.
• Manage models and project data on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Make sure the models and drawings meet applicable electrical codes and project standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients on deliverables and timelines.
• Check shop drawings and construction documentation before issue.
Required Qualifications• B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• 8+ years of experience, including electrical MEP coordination.
Key Skills• Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and AutoCAD
