Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Foundations.

Translate modernization, resiliency, scalability, security, and platform investment needs into explicit priorities, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.

Own success metrics for Foundations products and services, including reliability, adoption, satisfaction, productivity, scalability, and value realization.

Represent internal users, including engineers, product teams, platform consumers, and operational stakeholders.

Translate complex technical capabilities into explicit product narratives, priorities, decision frameworks, and change management plans.

Partner with R&D;, Internal Developer Platform, Security, Infrastructure, Finance, and other leaders to align roadmaps, dependencies,



funding priorities, and delivery plans.

Support build-versus-buy decisions, service boundary decisions, lifecycle management, and platform investment planning.

Lead, coach, and develop product managers and/or product owners supporting Foundations capabilities and internal platform experiences.

Build team operating mechanisms that reinforce accountability, rapid learning, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.

Use AI and automation intentionally to improve product outcomes, reduce friction, simplify workflows, and increase productivity.
