What you’ll be doing:

Responsible
for building and expanding our retail network, driving seller acquisitions,
training Retailers/sellers to maximize their sales potential and developing
strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets, additionally
creating and sharing dashboards to monitor performance and inform
decision-making.

Key Skillset:

· Proven experience as a Retail Sales
Manager or similar role, with a track record of building retail networks and
driving sales growth

· Proficient in data
analysis and dashboard creation, with experience in CRM and sales management
software

· Solid leadership
skills and experience managing a team.

· Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in
a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

· Strategic thinker
with a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Utilization:

o Leverage digital media
platforms effectively to maximize lead generation and conversion rates in the
retail sector.
