Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Python Developer with experience in software development, maintenance, debugging, source control, and Agile or Waterfall delivery settings. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of software solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code across relevant technologies.The Python Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support software upgrades, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to improvements in development processes and practices. The role supports business objectives by delivering reliable software solutions, improving maintainability, and evaluating technologies that align with organizational goals.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills

• Python: Practical experience developing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting software solutions using Python.
• Programming languages: Knowledge of a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or others, based on project requirements.
• Source control:



Familiarity with source control systems such as Git, including version management, branching, merging, and code collaboration.
• Software development methodologies: Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Software development principles: Robust knowledge of coding standards, modular design, testing, debugging, documentation, maintainability, and scalability.
• Development versions: Experience working with the Python, programming language, source control, development framework, database, and associated tool versions used by the assigned Synechron project.
• Software maintenance: Experience supporting upgrades, enhancements, issue resolution, and the ongoing maintenance of existing software solutions.

Preferred Software Skills

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
• Experience with automated testing, build, deployment, code-quality, or continuous integration tools.
