This role is part of the advisory team that provides clients with comprehensive financial planning for their overall financial well-being. The advice should follow financial planning principles and take each client’s risk profile, goals and milestones into account.

The Principal Wealth Advisor assesses a client’s needs across retirement, education, home buying, vacation planning, budgeting, debt reduction and wealth maximisation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Wealth Advisors to execute advisory operations.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to prepare financial plans covering investments, retirement, estate and tax planning, based on each client’s risk profile.
• Review clients’ income, expenses, assets, liabilities and investment portfolios. This includes reviewing work completed by Wealth Advisors.
• Manage client relationships,



understand their financial needs and provide holistic solutions.
• Implement action plans based on clients’ financial plans and objectives.
• Support clients throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Academic background

• Chartered Accountant or top-tier MBA (mandatory), together with one of the following:
• CFP or CWM; or
• CFA Level 2 cleared / CFA Level 3 candidate.

Work experience

• Relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning products or a client-facing wealth role.
• Comfortable working in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed to personal and professional development.

LOCATION

Full-time role based in Mumbai. Candidates should be comfortable working from the Andheri office.
