About the Role
We are looking for a curious, adaptable and eager-to-learn skilled to join our Compensation team. This is an excellent chance for someone early in their career who wants to build a long-term path in Compensation and Total Rewards. You will support the team across day-to-day compensation operations and key projects, including our ongoing job architecture and title rationalization work, while developing deep expertise through hands-on learning and mentoring.
Prior compensation experience is not required. We value attitude, agility and a genuine willingness to learn as much as technical background.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update compensation data, salary structures and employee job/grade records with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare reports and analysis in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) to support compensation reviews, offers and ad-hoc requests.
• Support annual compensation cycles such as merit increases, bonus and promotion processes, including data preparation, validation and tracking.
• Assist with job mapping, title inventory and data clean-up activities as part of job architecture and job evaluation projects.
• Help participate in salary surveys and collate market benchmarking data under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support pays equity and pay transparency activities, such as data cuts by level, function or gender.
• Respond to routine compensation and perks queries from HR Business Partners and managers.
• Contribute to processing documentation, templates and continuous improvement ideas within the team.
Must-Have Requirements
• Corporate exposure: Minimum 1.5 year of experience working in a corporate environment (any HR domain).
• Excel skills: Working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic formulas.
