Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Analyst role delivers high-touch recruiter support while driving operational scale across global talent acquisition. The role is expected to work in shifts aligned to support recruiters based globally.

This role partners 1:2 with Senior Global Recruiters to manage candidate pipelines, proactive sourcing, and candidate delivery. Expanding beyond requisition execution, you will serve as a functional operations lead—driving adoption and change management for AI recruiting platforms, authoring sustainable SOPs, auditing process compliance, and coaching contract team members.
