Specialist Assistant Manager – Business Operations, Reporting & Analytics

Role Summary
The Business Operations, Reporting & Analytics Assistant Manager turns complex business data and operational needs into explicit insights, scalable reporting, and measurable process improvements. This role partners with business and functional leaders to deliver dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and operational solutions that improve transparency, decision-making, and execution.
The successful candidate will combine robust analytical, visualization and storytelling skills with the ability to independently lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities to standardize or automate data and insights. This is an ideal role for someone ready to move beyond individual contribution and take ownership of broader outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Reporting, Analytics, and Insights
• Own the development and delivery of dashboards, leadership reports, KPIs, and operational insights.




• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Aggregate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Create compelling visualizations and presentations that make complex information easy for leadership to understand.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards that promote accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Partner with stakeholders to define meaningful measures of performance and business effectiveness.

Operations and Process Improvement
• Lead assigned reporting and operations workstreams from intake through delivery.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, automate, and scale recurring processes.
• Document current and future-state processes, dependencies, controls, and operating procedures.
• Develop reusable reporting assets, templates, and analytical tools.
