Manage billing processes for real estate residential projects
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Collaborate with project teams to track project costs and expenses
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Proven experience in billing and financial management
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS excel, MS project, AutoCAD
