Job description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Expert who will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries through email, chat, phone calls, and other support channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM/support system.
• Escalate complex technical or customer issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Sales, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor and manage support tickets within defined response and resolution timelines.




• Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the relevant teams.
• Prepare basic reports related to customer queries, tickets, and resolution status.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
• Stay updated on product features, updates, and support processes.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valuable understanding of web applications/software products.
• Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or customer support tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
• Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
