Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java Angular Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and systems. The role requires robust knowledge of Java and the Java EE platform, experience with Java web development frameworks, relational databases, SQL, Agile methodologies, Git, and RESTful web services. The developer will contribute to application development across backend and web layers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and resolve technical issues. The role supports business objectives by delivering clean, maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions within agreed quality and delivery expectations.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills

• Java: Strong programming experience in Java, including object-oriented programming and enterprise application development.
• Java EE: Robust knowledge of the Java EE platform and its application in Java-based systems.
• Spring, Hibernate, or JSF: Experience with one or more Java web development frameworks.
• Relational databases and SQL:



Experience writing SQL queries and integrating Java applications with relational databases.
• RESTful web services: Understanding and practical experience developing, consuming, or integrating RESTful services.
• Git or equivalent version control system: Experience with source-code management, branching, merging, and team-oriented development.
• Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and iterative delivery practices.
• Software versions: Experience working with the Java, Java EE, framework, database, REST, and version-control tool versions used by the assigned Synechron project, including awareness of compatibility and upgrade considerations.

Preferred Software Skills

• Experience with Angular for developing or integrating web application interfaces.
