Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their facility management needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, following up on leads, and coordinating with operational teams to ensure service commitments are met.



The Sales Executive will also track sales activities, prepare regular reports, and contribute to local market strategies to help grow VS Facilities’ presence in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, or account management within services or related industries.
• Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and reporting for tracking leads and sales performance.
• Ability to work independently in office, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prior experience in facilities management, real estate, or B2B services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with local travel within Ahmedabad for client meetings and site visits.
