About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Non-Tech), you will play an active role in driving talent identification and engagement across Paytm’s business, sales, operations, and corporate functions. Working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders, you will help source, screen, and coordinate candidates to fuel Paytm’s rapid-paced growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive, energetic individual with robust communication skills, high learning agility, and an interest in contemporary, technology-enabled hiring practices. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment operations and candidate management in a high-volume fintech ecosystem.





Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social channels, campus databases, and internal platforms to source qualified candidates for business, sales, and enabling function roles.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial resume screening and phone evaluations to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and role alignment.
Interview Coordination: Manage end-to-end scheduling of interviews, candidate communications, and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and application stages across the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal recruitment trackers.
Market Research: Perform basic market mapping and talent research to support recruiter search strategies for specialized non-tech profiles.
