Job Description





As an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Support Consultant (L2), you will be responsible for providing first and second line support across the Oracle ERP suite. You will act as the initial point of contact for user queries and system issues, ensuring effective triage, resolution where possible, and appropriate escalation to L2/L3 teams.
This is a process-driven, customer-focused role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively within an ITIL-aligned support workplace.
You must be willing to work flexible schedule on rotation including cover until 23:00 UK Time/ 04:30 IST (shift allowance payable).
Key Responsibilities
You will deliver day-to-day operational support activities across one or more Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects, HCM and other ERP areas), working as part of a global managed services team.
