Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and attract

top talent for a rapid-growing, technology-driven company. This is a hands-on, strategic role

requiring experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and HR

coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including

UAV pilots, GIS specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles.

● Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee

referrals, networking, and talent agencies.

● Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions,

and establish selection criteria.

● Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability, ensuring alignment with

company culture and role requirements.

● Maintain HR records,



applicant tracking, and recruitment dashboards

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology,

engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

● Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing

strategies.

● Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment

analytics.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment drives

simultaneously.
