Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Reporting, Data Analytics,



Risk & Control Management, Operational Risk, or Governance-related functions
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, visualization design, and executive-level reporting
• Strong experience working with large and diverse data sources, with the ability to consolidate information into meaningful risk and management insights
• Experience in developing and presenting risk reporting packs, management information (MI), and governance forum reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools and the application of data-driven techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and risk patterns
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Business functions
