Job Description Summary
SUMMARY
Sells products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments or partners and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience. This job family is for team members whose variable compensation is structured through a commission plan calculated by a Variable Rate Card. TMs on a quota-based compensation plan should be mapped to the Inside Sales Account Executive job family.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Functions as the overall account manager including leading all sales, partnering with the channel or other internal sales partners in both strategy and execution
• Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business
• Maintain valuable business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations
• May focus on current account development and/or expanding existing accounts

What you’ll achieve
