Vice President, Global Cloud Operations
Majesco is seeking a Vice President, Global Cloud Operations (GCO) to provide senior leadership across our global cloud and SaaS operations, including Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering and DevOps.
Reporting to the SVP, Global Cloud Operations, you will help shape GCO strategy, translate that strategy into an effective operating model, and lead execution across the capabilities that enable Majesco to deliver reliable, secure, scalable and cost-effective SaaS services to insurance customers globally.
About the Role
Majesco Global Cloud Operations is a strategic part of the company’s SaaS delivery model, supporting reliable, secure, scalable and cost-effective cloud services across Majesco products and customers.
As Vice President, Global Cloud Operations, you will help shape the strategic direction of GCO and own the operational execution and continued advancement of its capabilities. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Information Security, Delivery,
Finance and other business functions to ensure Majesco’s cloud platforms and SaaS services meet customer commitments and business objectives.
This role requires a senior technology and operations leader who combines robust organizational leadership with technical credibility, operational discipline and the ability to drive execution across a complex, global SaaS setting.
What You’ll Do
• Translate GCO strategy into operational execution. Partner with the SVP, Global Cloud Operations to help shape GCO strategy and translate priorities into an effective operating model, roadmap and execution plan across Cloud Operations, SRE, Platform Engineering and DevOps.
• Advance cloud reliability, scalability and engineering practices. Drive continued improvement across automation, observability, infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD, deployment practices and cloud-native operating models. Define, monitor and improve servic
