Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic thinker to own Payoneer's RFP and solutions delivery capability. You will build a contemporary, knowledge-driven RFP function that leverages AI and automation to scale response quality. You will also serve as a Solution & Implementation Manager on enterprise deals, building deep product and customer knowledge that directly informs RFP accuracy and responsiveness.
This role balances two complementary responsibilities:
(1) Designing and evolving a scalable RFP capability through knowledge management and automation
(2) Acting as a hands-on SIM when RFP volume is lower. The SIM expertise is what enables RFP excellence—knowing our solutions intimately allows you to ensure responses accurately reflect product capabilities and implementation realities
