Job purpose : Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Utility Equipment’s in maintenance dept. and positive knowledge on critical spare parts management.

Main Accountabilities :

Responsibilities
· Develop, implement and manage soft facility management services across the manufacturing plant, offices and associated facilities.
· Ensure all soft services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), statutory requirements and company standards.




· Manage and coordinate all soft services including Housekeeping, Security, Landscaping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Food & Canteen Services, Creche, Gym and Staff Transportation.
· Ensure a clean, protected, hygienic and well-maintained workplace across the manufacturing plant, office areas, common areas and external premises.
· Act as the primary point of contact for the client/user departments for all soft service-related matters.
· Plan, coordinate and monitor manpower deployment, attendance, shift rosters, productivity and performance of all soft service teams.
· Manage service partners and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, agreed manpower, scope of work, SLAs and KPIs.
· Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services, identify gaps and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
· Establish and maintain service standards, checklists, SOPs and work instructions for all soft services.
