We're seeking someone to join our Centralized Management Projects team as a Business Analyst (Director) in Finance Division.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the Portfolio & Change Management which manages strategic change management, process re-engineering, and establishment of control procedures for projects with a focus on milestone delivery across projects, managing risks and issues that impact program objectives and facilitating communication across related projects and impacted stakeholders to keep programs on track.

What you'll do in the role:
• Collaborate with a wide-ranging group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm




• Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
• Business analysis in support of US/EMEA reporting requirements focused initially on US regulatory/capital requirements
• Liaison with Clients and IT colleagues to identify current requirements, create user stories and track prioritization and remediation.
• Develop cooperative relationships with a squad working across different departments and regions.
Contribute to key project workstreams relating to regulatory reports
• Take part in Squad/Fleet Agile ceremonies providing updates and reporting for Clients and Senior Management.
• Responsible for conducting and facilitating User Acceptance Testing of the requirements
Communicate and escalate to line management as appropriate.
• Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
• Act as a culture carrier
