Ashland has an exciting chance for an Logistic supervisor to join our

Ambernath plant Mumbai team. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company, the position will report to the Plant manager.

This is a Onsite full time position.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supervise receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper segregation, identification, and storage of materials as per GMP requirements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transporters and vendors.




• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure protected material handling.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to production as per production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, and Planning teams for smooth operations.

• Perform and monitor SAP transactions related to:

• • Goods Receipt (GRN)
• Goods Issue (GI)
• Transfer Posting
• Stock Transfer
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Batch Management
• Dispatch Documentation

• Ensure real-time and accurate inventory transactions in SAP.
• Generate inventory, stock movement, and logistics reports from SAP.
• Support inventory audits and cycle count activities.

• Ensure warehouse and logistics activities comply with GMP, GDP, and company quality requirements.
• Maintain documentation as per GMP requirements.
• Ensure proper status labeling of materials (Approved, Quarantine,
