Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Continuity & Enterprise Incident Management qualified to support and enhance enterprise resilience across workforce, workspace, cyber, digital, supplier, and financial domains.

The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business units, response partners, and leadership teams to ensure effective incident management,



business recovery, continuity planning, and organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Incident Monitoring & Response

• Monitor internal intelligence sources, collaboration platforms, news outlets, threat intelligence tools, and skilled forums to identify incidents that may impact business operations, employees, clients, or organizational reputation.
• Assess emerging threats and coordinate timely escalation and response activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support incident monitoring, escalation, activation, and coordination activities outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Support enterprise incident management processes and ensure rapid coordination during critical events.

Business Continuity & Resilience Management

• Support the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), response
