Conviva is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 6 month contract engagement, in office five days a week in Bengaluru office, to own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles. This is a recruiting-first role built for someone who partners closely with engineering leaders and brings demonstrated AI fluency to sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent.

What You Get to Do:

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles, from intake through close. This is the core of the role.

• Reduce time-to-fill on hard-to-source,



unique engineering profiles through sharper sourcing and stronger leader alignment.

• Build a real working relationship with the engineering leaders you support: understand their roadmap and hiring pressure well enough to anticipate needs, not just react to reqs.

• Build workflows and artifacts, including sourcing playbooks, candidate scorecards, and market maps, that change how Conviva sources and evaluates technical talent going forward.

• Build and document scalable recruiting processes, tools, and practices that create lasting value for the organization.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Demonstrated, specific use of AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes. Be ready to walk through a real example, not a general philosophy.

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally including time at a seed-stage or small (sub-200 person) global technology company.
