Key Responsibilities
• Support onboarding activities including document collection, joining formalities, orientation scheduling, and employee record updates.
• Assist with offboarding processes including exit documentation, clearance tracking, asset return coordination, and system access follow-up.
• Maintain accurate onboarding and offboarding trackers, reports, and HR records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle activities.
• New joiner training: classroom, hands-on, on-line, in field, on the job etc.
• Respond to routine employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of HR operations processes and employee experience.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office,



especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in HR operations, employee experience, and process coordination.
